Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Logosters! We appreciate your trust in our services. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before engaging with us:
1. Project Commencement:
- To initiate the project, a minimum of 50% of the total project cost must be paid in advance.
2. Project Duration:
- While we strive to meet project timelines, any delays caused by the client, including non-responsiveness, will not be the responsibility of Logosters.
3. Client Responsiveness:
- Clients are required to respond to communications from the assigned Project Manager within 3 days. Failure to respond may result in project delays or closure.
4. Project Closure:
- If a client is non-responsive for more than 3 months, we consider the project closed. To reinstate the project, the client must pay the new project fees or a reinstatement fee of $149.
5. Additional Revisions:
- The initial project includes up to 3 revisions. Any additional revisions requested by the client will incur an extra fee of $99 for every set of 3 revisions.
6. Project Completion:
- Full payment of 100% of the project cost must be cleared before the final delivery of the project.
7. Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be entertained after 90 days (3 months) from the date of the initial payment. Once the project is delivered, clients are not eligible for a refund.
8. Maintenance Services:
- Logosters is not responsible for any issues or updates after project delivery unless the client has purchased maintenance services.
9. Client-Team Communication:
- Clients are advised not to contact team members directly outside office channels. Logosters reserves the right to take legal actions in the event of any such contact.
10. Project Discussion: – We strongly recommend discussing all project details with the assigned Project Manager before initiating work to ensure clarity and understanding.
By engaging with Logosters, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Logosters reserves the right to update these terms as needed, and any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to clients.
